Dole: Behind the Scenes

While the Dole Plantation is a staple attraction for tourists in Hawaii, we don't frequent it -- in fact I haven't been there since we've moved -- but we certainly drive past it a lot! Meagan noticed, occasionally they have truck loads full of pineapples just sitting in one of their barns and really wanted a picture. Being the outlaw that she is, Meagan took it upon herself to sneak into one of those truck loads and take a photo with Coco. 

Yes, we use our children as props for photos. Call child protection services. 

Coco's fake smile is on point. You can feel the honestly coming through -- she's genuinely happy there. We've trained her well. The truth is, Coco really just wanted to eat her burger from Wendy's then take a nap. Hey, what person doesn't want to do that? It turns out children are people too.
