A Life Full of Tries Tied to Our Legs

It’s been a long year but a great one. We are so lucky and we know it. We’ve been to Hawaii as a family (and Grandma), we’ve moved into yet another house, we go to the beach, we swim, we play, it’s Camp Anawana in this bitch and put it on groundhog’s day — loop in and out.

I mean, who do we think we are exactly? Coco is so smart — she’s reading, she’s doing math, she’s showing her brothers how to be a good kid. She has an unstoppable fever to create (and the only prescription is more cowbell). Art, dance, inventions, ornaments, you name it she wants to create it. I joke that we have the most colorful trash in the neighborhood.

Van is an absolute legend there’s nothing more to say. A year ago he could barely express himself, and now he won’t shut-up, which is a blessing. He’s quite the klutz, bruises everywhere all the time, but he never stops being stoked on life. He loves playing with his siblings and his favorite thing to do is just grow…grow…grow.

Ash is finally coming into his own. Yeah he has Asthma, yeah he can be an Ashole, but he’s got so much excitement under that helmet hair bowl cut. He’s adventurous, he loves building things, and he has some hysterical dance moves.

This fucketlistfamily I wouldn’t trade for anything (although I’m down for you to take them for a little bit if you’d like).
